2) Glaucoma is impending or present owing to anterior displacement of the iris by large numbers of cysts, or multuiple cysts are present and the debris liberated by their collapse may obstruct the trabecular meshwork.
3) The cyst is in contact with the corneal endothelium, causing corneal edema.
